This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on individual to become a key member of one of the UK’s leading SaaS companies, at a time of growth and as we roll out new and exciting services.

As Product Marketing Manager or Associate (depending on experience), you will be responsible for the product marketing and sales enablement activities for our products. This will include a large element of creative design work in collaboration with our product management and marketing teams. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You’ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. You will ensure our sales and customer success teams are on top of their game by ensuring they have all the professionally created enabling collateral and training relating to our products and services they require. You will also support our activities around creation of new propositions, and stay abreast of the latest information on the market and competitors through a programme of regular research working with our Insights and Engagement lead.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical language into customer facing language and compelling visuals, bringing out the business benefits is crucial.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Support our positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
  • Sales enablement – use your creative design skills to clearly and in an innovative way, communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products
  • Product launch – work with the Head of Product Marketing, Product Managers and the Marketing team on the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation and tracking of the plan as well as ultimate success against defined KPIs.
  • Content – Work with Product managers, marketing and sales to craft interesting content to drive engagement with our services and to raise our market profile and credibility
  • Market intelligence – supported by our insights, be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; and on our competition and how to maintain our leading market position
  • Demand generation – support implementation of the strategy and product marketing programs that drive demand for our products, working closely with our marketing and lead generation teams
  • Work with Product Managers across multiple streams to identify areas of potential growth / change, opportunities to improve our messaging and profile and further opportunities for commercial drive activities.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing and creative design experience, ideally in a fast-moving technology or SaaS environment
  • Bachelors degree in marketing/design/digital marketing or other business-related
Essential Skills
  • Strong creative design skills with ability to create professional, compelling sales enablement and product marketing content
  • Experience bringing SaaS applications and services to market, ideally with experience of the N.American market
  • Very strong written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling and professional sales enablement materials and craft compelling marketing messages
  • Excellent creative and design skills including sales enablement, digital/content marketing
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Comfortable with public speaking and in engaging with clients, acting as the product evangelist and running demos as required
  • Commercial in outlook, understanding the importance of product drive activities and how to make them successful
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems. Workday knowledge and experience will be a real bonus
