Our global SaaS client are searching for a Product Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are building the Martech sectors leading customer engagement, personalisation and data platform. It is purpose-built for delivering mobile-first, multichannel customer experiences. The company owns its entire technology, end-to-end, supporting a single customer view, with ‘One Platform’ to serve all marketing needs.

The Product Manager will lead delivery for a subset of that build, managing your own scrum team alongside managing dependencies across other teams involved in the build.

Their Product Managers are responsible for helping drive and deliver the company’s product to ensure continued strong top-line growth. You will work with our Development & Engineering teams, other Product Managers and key business stakeholders to execute on our product roadmap.

What you’ll do

• You will work within an in a team delivering elements of the product roadmap
• You will help turn product roadmap ideas into delivered product live on the platform bringing value to our customers
• Through your team continually deliver products, or projects, using the appropriate agile project management methodology
• It will be your role to make sure the team is performing to its optimum capability while maintaining good practice and achieving a high level of quality.
• You’ll work within the Product Function to help define the roadmap for any given product ensuring that delivery timescales are achievable, realistic and commercially viable
• You will collaborate with our development, infrastructure, customer success and sales teams to get inputs for our product roadmap
• You will help define high level requirements for new ideas on our roadmap and more detailed requirements for upcoming work
• You will collaborate with other teams to get business requirements on upcoming work this will include working with, development, engineering, sales, account management, customer success and in some cases working directly with customers
• You will collaborate with developers/engineers to get technical requirements on upcoming work
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process within your team – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

Who you are

• You have 3 years experience in product management
• You have experience working in product management on a SaaS platform product
• You have experience working with Jira and other product management tools
• You actively participate in the Product Delivery community, sharing and re-applying knowledge so you can apply best practice to what you do
• You have excellent teamwork skills, and are flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
• You have excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
