Software Product ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Manager to lead our product development efforts focused on building sustainability technology solutions. As a Software Product Manager in this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a green future by developing software products that make a positive impact on the environment and society. You will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams including environmental scientists, biologist, chemists, engineers, public policy experts, and more to develop innovative, sustainable technology solutions. As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new software products that contribute to Fortune 500 client’s sustainable development goals, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company goals and objectives
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage the product roadmap and communicate product plans, status, and issues to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in product development
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA/Trello/Miro to manage team activities
  • Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
