About Our Client

The successful Product Manager will be working for a Manufacturing and Production business based near Newbury.

Job Description

The successful Product Manager will be responsible for:
  • Defining and leading appropriate market segmentation and develop strategies
  • Execute market research, business case analysis
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept and launch through end of life.
  • Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the "needs of the customer" are reflected in work processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely communications through all levels of management regarding market conditions, opportunities, customer requirements, and competitive information.
  • Analyze and control expenditures related to product development activities to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Communications the development of collateral materials
  • Ensure profitable growth and performance

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Product Manager Will Be/ Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or engineering and preferably MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Well versed in product management roles, with a track-record of taking products from strategy through launch.
  • Fluency in other languages is highly desirable.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across and at all organizational levels in diverse cultural and geographic environments.
  • Ability to manage projects and budgets through excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good level of technical awareness.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Strong international and entrepreneurial mind-set.
