FinTech RS are supporting a well-known and expanding IT software company who are looking to recruit a Product Manager / Business Analyst to their team. Reporting to the directors this role will help develop the product vision and strategy, manage future product design, and take new products and enhancements from concept to launch. This position will work closely with developers and technical teams where you will research markets, produce ideas, and work together in taking ideas to commercial viable options.

Key Duties
  • Collaborate to determine the requirements and desires of customers and businesses.
  • Assist technical writers in the creation of high-quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define acceptance criteria and distil feature concepts from epics into user stories.
  • Backlog management and prioritisation
  • Create a list of non-functional requirements.
  • Design and prototype new products and features in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
  • Provide technical teams with expertise and comprehension of product and feature goals as they create and test to your ideas.
  • Participate in the development of the product’s vision and roadmap.
This role is well suited to an experienced Product/Business Analyst who has experience of Agile software life cycle and strong interpersonal skills. Communication is key for a role such as this one whilst energy sector experience is beneficial.
