An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Product Consultant (37.5 hours per week) to join our team at Bluewater Concession Stand. Working as part of a small team, you will;
  • Promote our range of products and services through knowledgeable and informative design consultations.
  • Be instrumental in booking appointments for our specialist in home consultation team
  • Maintain and continually update the Concession standards
  • Play an integral part of the Concessions success by meeting and exceeding targets
  • Follow up on client appointments ensuring a first class customer experience
Shifts will change on a weekly basis so successful candidates must be fully flexible to work days, evening and weekends, and must also be available to cover team members holidays and sickness, and extended trading hours from November to January.

About You

The successful and ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • A background in fashion or interiors would be beneficial
  • Experience within Sales and working to targets
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • A confident communicator with an effective telephone manner
