Product & Propositions Manager (Legacy)

About Us

As a key member of our new Income and Engagement Directorate, this role offers you an opportunity to develop and manage the strategy for a specified product area. The aim is to maximise the income stream for PDSA through developing appropriate products/propositions and associated product journeys. You will be passionate about using your knowledge of marketing to leverage maximum value from your product area creating excitement around what we are doing at PDSA.

About The Role

As Product and Propositions Manager, your focus will be on managing and cultivating a specified product area, developing appropriate development programmes, in collaboration with the Audience teams to realise optimum supporter journeys and achieve annual goals and objectives. This will involve:
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the design and production of product development roadmaps to supporter the Engagement strategy
  • Project managing and delivering product plans ensuring clear communications across all stakeholders with a focus on audience
  • Understanding KPIs and use of insights to plan future developments that will meet agreed objectives
  • Working with external suppliers, setting and managing objectives and ensuring delivery that fits with overall strategy, deadlines and targets
About You

You will ideally already be managing a specific product area with proven experience of how to develop the product area across a range of audiences. You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience of Legacy Marketing as this product area will initially be focused on driving the Legacy strategy forward.
  • A passion for marketing and driving a product area to achieve KPIs
  • A proven track record of successfully working with suppliers
  • Evidence of developing effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills with a drive to make a difference and increase engagement for PDSA
