Your new role

You will be responsible for managing product files which includes addition, removal and amendments to product data. Allocating a barcode for each item on the system. Updating and implementing supplier and customer files. Supplying customers with their data requirements such as pricing, product detail, stock levels and technical information. Working with the pricing department. Working with all product managers/ directors to ensure products and all product changes are represented accurately. Supplying bespoke data requirements to customer and product managers using oracle. Facilitating price increases from supplier to customers through data manipulation techniques. It is working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to have previous administration and analytical based experience, have advanced knowledge on Excel, have excellent communication skills, experience of working within a high pressured environment and good attention to detail.

What you’ll get in return

You will have a permanent job opportunity paying an annual salary between £22,000 and £28,000 depending on experience. There is also a bonus scheme of up to 10 percent of annual salary based on targets. You will be working for a great company and with a lovely team.
