- Previous Procurement Experience|Strong Administrative experience
- Build effective working relationships with services
- Regular liaison with Legal to ensure that contracts are led on the correct terms and conditions
- Assist with procurement research activity
- Manage and act as key point of contact for fleet supplier contract.
- Manage the fleet expense and report on performance regularly to management
- Create/update fleet policy and procedures, including vehicle assignment, balancing individual preferences with company objectives
- Liaise with fleet management company and authorise the repairs of vehicles
- Manage database of company drivers, including information on live motoring offences, ensuring company safety
- Previous procurement experience or knowledge of the procurement function
- Good administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT knowledge
- £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
- 12m FTC (potential to go permanent)
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
