Responsibilities:
The Administrator will have responsibility for day-to-day activities of purchasing within the Swish Fibre and the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for requesting numerous Supplier Quotes including lead times, best prices before placing orders.
- Communicating with the relevant teams for delivery notes for orders placed by Procurement including relevant departments and depots.
- Communicating with the relevant suppliers on order status and delivery dates.
- Responsible for New Vendor Setup Process including Supplier Form, Bank Details and liaising with the finance department.
- Dealing with Supplier Queries including damaged items on delivery, discrepancy quantities received, chasing for credit notes when required etc and updating finance accordingly.
- Managing Invoices and Delivery Notes matching Invoices to Delivery Notes ensuring that correct charges are applied.
- Any Additional Administration required by the team.
Core Skills:
- Previous procurement or contract administration experience is preferred
- Experience within construction or facilities management sector is an advantage
- Intermediate user of Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skill
