Salary – circa £27,000 – £31,000, dependent on skills and experience

After your training has been successfully completed, salary can rise to £37215, this will be depending on performance and qualifications

You will be working within the Anglian Water region covering areas around covering the Louth, Alford and Skegness areas.

Permanent, 37 hours per week, full time

This team-oriented position will see you joining Covenham Supply Team where you will ensure that the water supply process delivers wholesome drinking water to our customers. As part of the role, you will be adjusting treatment processes to match our customer demands, water quality changes and communicate with various stakeholders. Your role will be to produce drinking water to high quality standards for our customers, in the most cost efficient and safe manner. You’ll complete on site testing to provide assurance of online instruments and validate processes and proactively review water quality trends and asset performance and take action to prevent failure.

What does it take to be a Process Technician?

Ideally you will hold a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

A process industry/engineering background.

A City and Guilds part 1 in electrical or mechanical engineering would be considered an advantage.

Ability to learn quickly and use your own initiative to solve problems, we’ll provide full and on-going training to help you to understand in detail the water treatment process.

You’ll need a flexible approach to working hours as you could be required to take part in a standby rota

You will benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full driving licence is essential.
