Your new role:
What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain process documentation and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Train and support end-users on new or updated business systems and processes.
  • Ensure process accuracy, consistency, and completeness across business systems.
  • Identify and analyse business process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system and process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the RFM-specific Robertson Management System (RMS) area
  • Work closely with the RFM Quality Manager and Internal auditing teams
  • Train and support end-users on new or updated business systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements, including data privacy and security.

What you’ll need:

  • Attention to detail and have excellent problem solving skills;
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio or other equivalent business process visualisation tools
  • Experience of identifying and delivering business process improvements
  • Able to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders (internal and external);
  • Conscientious, reliable individual, who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative, with a proven ability to organise / prioritise workload;
  • Knowledge of M365 Sharepoint Online (system administration)
  • Ability & experience of; working to tight deadlines, building effective working relationships / influence others, attention to detail
  • Ability and aptitude to challenge work practices and to seek explanations
  • Knowledge and awareness of ISO Business systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, or ISO27001
  • The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check

Supporting the business in the development and communication of processes and procedures to achieve a standard and compliant best practice which is visible to all employees and customers, as required.The Process and Systems Manager will engage with all departments within the business and manage the adoption of a process driven. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, designing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
