About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Process Analystto join our team. As part of the Continuous Improvement Office (CIO), the Process Analyst will facilitate the completion of change projects within the CIO system by working with the Change Manager to support the Sponsor and business using continuous improvement tools and techniques. This includes breaking down development outcomes into detailed development approaches and driving the process development and impacts on a change project.

The Process Analyst will be required to work effectively with colleagues across all functions and seniority levels and will be responsible for overseeing Process Developer activity on a change project.

The Process Analystwill be responsible for.

  • Conduct process impact assessments for all change projects and development opportunities
  • Input into business cases as requested
  • Define metrics and measurement techniques for benefits frameworks, change projects and business cases
  • Create development plans based on epic timelines and the process impact assessments
  • Act as a continuous improvement guide for the duration of a change project
  • Liaise with the Change Manager to successfully deliver change projects
  • Attend or chair project and CIO meetings as required
  • Utilize continuous improvement tools and techniques to guide the Sponsor and Developers to effectively design and implement change
  • Assist Scrum Master, Change Programme Manager, and Director of CI
  • Advise the Change Manager on Epics, Milestones, Development Risks, and Release Plans
  • Provide process decisions and activities for the release of improvement project deliverables; specifically input process release requirements and risks into the release plan
  • Facilitate process mapping and problem-solving workshops
  • Support the Process Developers to implement the changes identified in the development plans
  • Gather and interpret user requirements for both software and business process changes

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for a creative, team orientated and a keen problem solver who enjoys working with complex and challenging tasks. You will be communicating with the wider business and senior stakeholders therefore it’s important you have strong written and verbal communication skills. Having an analytical mindset along with being able to use your initiative and judgement to make decisions is key to the success of the role and team.

Essential

· Continuous Improvement or process creation experience

· Workshop planning and facilitation

· Business requirements gathering experience.

· Involvement in business transformation or process improvement projects

Desirable

· Knowledge of BPM-N 2.0

· Experience using Jira, Confluence

· Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
