REQUIREMENTS:

· MUST HAVE A “CAN DO” ATTITUDE AND FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO THE JOB.

· MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AND TRAVEL WITHIN THE CM1 CHELMSFORD AREA.

· MAY OCCASIONALLY HAVE TO DEDICATE TIME WORKING FROM HOME.

· MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND AGILE WITH REGARDS TO SHOWING HMO ROOMS TO PROSPECTIVE TENANTS.

· MUST BE COMFORTBALE AND AGILE WITH REGARDS TO COMMUNICATING WITH CURRENT TENANTS FACE TO FACE AND OVER THE PHONE (DAY TO DAY INCIDENTS AND ANY OTHER MAINTENANCE ISSUES).

· MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL WITH MANAGEMENT IF REQUIRED.

POTENTIAL APPLICANT PROFILE:

THE APPROPRIATE CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE COULD PERHAPS BE SOMEONE WITH PREVIOUS REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. PERHAPS THEIR PARTICULAR WORK / LIFESTYLE BALANCE MEANS THAT FLEXIBLE PART TIME WORKING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE.
