Private Client Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive

(Wills & Tax)

Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary dependent on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Wills & Tax Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team in Ringwood.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the head of department and responsible for covering a varied workload including:
Wills drafting Probate administration Court of Protection / LPA Tax planning and advice Trust set up and administration
Ideally candidates will hold STEP or SFE accreditations, or be working towards these. This is by no means essential but highly desirable and support will be given to those seeking to pursue this.

Duties Will Include

A newly qualified solicitor/ FCILEx IT literate and able to learn new processes Effective communication at all levels Excellent organizational skills Ability to motivate yourself and others Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Returns client calls Able to meet new clients and attend meetings
