Our client, an established well known firm in the Scottish borders, is looking to recruit a private client lawyer to run one of their branch offices. As part of the wider team across various offices, you will take responsibility for existing private client files whilst further developing this area of the business. You can expect to be involved in the full range of private client matters including wills, trusts & executries, guardianships, POAs and asset protection. The firm has an exceptionally busy case-load and acts for a broad spectrum of clients which includes high net worth clients. The successful applicant must have private client experience, good client facing skills and the ability to work well with others. Applicants must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and hold a current an unrestricted practising certificate.
