This rewarding role involves driving clients with a range of needs to and from school or day centres each day for both morning and afternoon runs. Monday to Friday, term time only.
Split shift. AM routes tend to run from 7am-9am / 7:30am to 9:30am. PM routes tend to run from 2pm-4pm / 2:30pm-4:30pm. Times vary depending on route allocation.

Your responsibilities include assisting with safe loading and securement of passengers, as well as providing safe and comfortable transport.

Applicants must have:
-held a full manual UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
-a good sense of direction and ability to plan routes
-good levels of written and spoken English
-excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to adapt appropriate communication to both children and adults

A taxi badge is not essential for this role as we conduct our own, approved, in-house driver training.

In line with our recruitment policy, and for the safety of passengers, successful applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, and must pass relevant safeguarding training and other relevant training.
