We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out Of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it’s time to switch off.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Managing Consultant will include:
  • Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
  • Promoting all available flexible employees through proactive candidate marketing calls
  • Recruiting, motivate team members and ensure the team are trained and developed to support business requirements and individual potential
  • Providing 1-1 coaching on the day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment
  • Acting as a Mentor for other Recruitment Consultants
  • Actively participating in additional regional responsibilities as and when needed
  • Supported by a very experienced Branch Manager
