• Design and implementation of process development projects in the PC unit
• Own, develop, and maintain local planning processes for the month to year period that allocate work to Study Team members. Respond flexibly, proactively and innovatively when plans need to change.
• Use of DOE and statistical software packages to deliver comprehensive process knowledge
• Knowledge and delivery of innovation in the field of Downstream technology
• Lead project teams to deliver successful outcomes according to set milestones
• Customer interaction
• Tech transfer of customer projects
• Training and development
• Laboratory management
• Line management

• Scientific Degree with 6 years relevant experience or Higher Scientific Degree with 3 years relevant experience
• Relevant Industry qualifications/memberships
