What You’ll Bring To The Table

The Product practice in AND Consulting is looking for confident, experienced digital practitioners and consultants - senior people with expertise in product, discovery and delivery to help our clients to navigate and accelerate their digital journey. As a result, you will need to be able to:
  • Develop, shape and iterate plans and strategies to help our clients realise business vision through digital products, teams and processes.
  • Review and assess existing digital products, roadmaps and business strategies.
  • Shape and design new product, UX and delivery functions and teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders and support the conversation on the transition to an Agile product culture and mindset.
  • Support the setup of product teams, governance forums, tools and templates to promote and embed new ways of working.
  • Work closely with our clients to facilitate and deliver product vision, strategy and discovery approaches.
  • Stay flexible – listen, understand, challenge and be ready to pivot as needed.
To do that, it is essential you bring the following:
  • Experience as a Head of Product, Principal or Lead in a similar role or a product/Agile delivery specialism.
  • The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and steer product management direction.
  • Capability to contribute to the discovery and shaping of all aspects of a product or delivery engagement.
  • The ability to design and deliver key artefacts and workshops - e.g. product roadmaps, onsite reviews, operating models, vision workshops, etc.
  • First-rate organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and inspire confidence in clients and internal teams, being an excellent team member
  • Ability to confidently own and drive change for our clients whilst managing risks and ambiguity.
  • The flexibility to work on a number of engagements across various different clients.
  • Consulting or professional services experience across a range of clients / organisations.
