This role is a part of the leadership team within a value stream and will be at the forefront of driving the culture shift and shaping how we work, learn, and innovate. This role helps shape our product development practices, build strong communities and a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.How You’ll Do It- Be the champion of a Lean and Agile mindset; teach, coach and mentor others in agile practices
- Identify innovative solutions to team challenges, drawing patterns from established agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus and SAFe), and interfacing with non-agile elements
- Optimize the flow of work across multiple agile teams to reduce toil, leading to delivery of measurable product value with early and continuous increments
- Lead the charge across multiple agile teams to build community, foster inter-team collaboration and the culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement; driving improvements through to fruition with insight gained through the intelligent use of data and metrics
- Motivate and enable others to take accountability to streamline product delivery processes and for them to efficiently manage large and complex products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related
- Experience using various frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and XP, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe), Scrum@Scale, Nexus, or LeSSAgile Lead experience
- In lieu of a degree, experience using various frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and XP, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe), Scrum@Scale, Nexus, or LeSSAgile Lead experience
