Teaching Assistant - Full time

Runcorn, Widnes

£380 - £450 per week, DOE

Immediate start - ongoing

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small Primary School in Widnes, who are looking for a highly motivated and engaging Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child in year 4 who has complex needs. As their dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the child full-time, on a one-one basis, and have access to excellent school resources. Liaising with the SENCO and class teacher, and in-line with the child’s EHCP, you’ll play a pivotal role in removing barriers to learning and enabling them to achieve their full learning potential. This role is an immediate start and will continue up to July 2024.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

Experience Working With Primary Aged Children With Complex Needs

A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building

An ability to work as part of a team

Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
