As the Pricing Analyst, you’ll get the opportunity to: Provide analytical and statistical modelling support; including ad hoc analysis when required Conduct analysis of various competitive metrics across different products Provide maintenance support of our pricing systems Assist in supporting the end-to-end delivery of value adding Price Optimisations Monitor the performance of Price Optimisation Competitor Analysis and understanding Market activity Provide feedback to improve the teams productivity. Understand the costing cycle and able to calculate and update cost files Review and automate cost calculations Provide evidence to support cost price reviews Analyse, model and interpret the profitability impact of pricing changes Collect, clean and conduct analysis on competitor data and recommend actions based on findings Independently generate well-developed, accurate, and clearly formatted quote proposals Researches information such as list pricing, current contract pricing, equipment specifications and configurations, profit and loss analysis, previous discounting structures, and unsupported equipment. As well as international pricing and SLA changes and/or requirements.What you’ll bring? A minimum of three years’ experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry. Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) software In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis. Extensive experience in analysing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share. Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with commercial departments. Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools. Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to deliver to strict deadlines whilst maintaining reliability and accuracy. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyses information skillfully. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at first answers. Outside the box thinker who looks for creative solutions. Ability to demonstrate high levels of problem-solving skills and initiative Embracing teamwork by supporting and respecting others.
