Job Purpose:
The President, UK Hub will be responsible for the overall leadership of RX’s business in the UK, India, Middle East, Turkey and South Africa. Reporting into the RX Global CEO, this leader will manage the operations and delivery of the UK Hub events portfolio while accelerating growth through customer, market, and revenue expansion. With a strong platform and many strategic opportunities to explore, this is an exciting opportunity for a new leader to build and inspire the next chapter for the UK Hub business as well as to contribute to the broader Global RX. Importantly, they will lead change to inspire a highly engaged, high performing employee-centric culture focused on organisational growth, accountability, and innovation.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive an inspiring and challenging growth strategy for the UK Hub and collaborate with the rest of the RX Global, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, for new strategic opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of each of the locations and events portfolios with strong financial and performance delivery.
  • Represent RX externally to drive performance and growth as well as manage external stakeholder groups (regulatory authorities, industry forums, PR agencies/media, etc.).
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with a highly engaged working culture.
  • Lead the full responsibility of the UK Hub P&L’s, tightly managing an efficient cost-base, whilst also maximising revenue growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Educated to Degree level, minimum, in related field – events, finance, law, business, marketing etc.
Experience:
  • Successfully leading and managing multiple geography and business units / functions
  • Working internationally across at least 2 different geographies / markets
  • Strong Business/Commercial Acumen, ideally within the Events/Exhibitions industry
  • Strong financial acumen, experience managing a large organisation P&L, driving cost control and revenue growth
  • Understanding and expertise in navigating and operating successfully within a highly matrixed, global enterprise
  • Demonstrable experience leading and inspiring culture change, employee engagement and Diversity & Inclusion improvement initiatives
  • Leading and implementing high impact/visibility global initiatives
