Reporting to our Business Enablement Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support and assist the demand team to win deals while striving to maintain a high-quality of sale.

Accountable For:

  • Creating and delivering product demonstrations to new and existing customers
  • Assessing customers’ fit to the appropriate solution
  • Perform a product expert role
  • Act as a primary business contact for customers throughout the sales process engagements
  • Analysing customer requirements, with the ability to document and propose solutions to meet them
  • Contribute directly with the responses to RFI and RFP activities
  • Recommend product & service roadmap and provide contribution to the business case and value propositions
  • Responsible for completion and delivery of all relevant project handover documentation

Salary: circa £25,000 - £35,000 plus competitive benefits

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal, including presenting)

  • Ability to work in a customer-facing role
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Technical capabilities
  • Experience working within the IT or Financial Services industry
  • Exposure to business analysis process and methodologies
  • Flexibility to travel and work away at customer sites
