Practice Manager/Sole Legal Cashier sought in Middlesex on a full time, hybrid working basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practice manager or legal cashier to join a tight-knit team in Stanmore. Utilising your existing skills in cashiering and management, you will manage a varied workload without supervision and play a key role in the firm.

Responsibilities
  • VAT and other returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • HR matters and queries
  • Legal bookkeeping
  • Overseeing large budgets
  • Undertaking practice management matters
  • Renewing fee earners’ practice certificates
  • Liaising with various professionals
The Candidate
  • Practice managers or legal cashiers with 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Compliance of SRA and other regulatory bodies
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excels under pressure
  • Comfortable managing own workload independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
