Zest Optical are currently working alongside a lovely independent practice in Saddleworth, Oldham to recruit a Practice Manager.The team have built a reputation for outstanding levels of care and stocking a variety of desirable brands. Additionally, they are a Zeiss specialist so it is an opportunity to work with the most advanced lenses in the market.They are looking for somebody who shares their values in creating a special experience for each patient who visits.Optical Practice Manager - Role
  • Managing a successful independent opticians with the autonomy to implement your own initiatives
  • Small team of around 5 people
  • Focus on delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • Create an engaging and positive working environment
  • Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
  • 9am - 5pm midweek and 4pm finish on Saturdays
Optical Practice Manager - Requirements
  • Can demonstrate a successful track-record in the optical industry
  • Hold a passion for excellent customer service
  • Work on own initiative to manage the team, resolve issues and escalate concerns
Optical Practice Manager - Salary
  • Base salary up to 32,000
  • Lucrative bonus scheme up to 6,000
  • Free parking
