Job description

A friendly GP surgery based in the West Hampstead area, 5 minute’s walk away from the underground/overground. They are currently looking for a Practice Manager, with a prior experience working within the GP surgery, to join their team on a salaried permanent basis.

You will be working across 2 GP Practices that are only 2 miles apart, alongside an office manager and a close knit, friendly team of clinical & nonclinical professionals who will make you feel welcome to the practice and provide you with any help and support you may need. They are looking for someone with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, strong IT, able to use EMIS web with organisational skills, finance, and business development experience.

Your main responsibilities will be overlooking and controlling the practices finances, helping improve patient care, ensuring the practice maintains their good CQC rating. Managing the day to day running of the Practice with responsibility for building, facility, and support contracts.

The practice is ideally looking for someone to work full time, you will be spilt equally across both practices. The salary is negotiable, and I will ensure you will be given the best offer possible from the centre, handling any negotiations on your behalf. You will benefit from 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays. The surgeries have a good CQC report which has been maintained over many years which really demonstrates the success of both practices.
