We are looking to recruit a Practice development manger for our Accountancy based Group ,we act as Chartered Accountants and Trustees and Executors for UK clients with Foreign Assets

We undertake corporate restructuring and provide tax and sucsession planing advice for clients with Foreign assets

The business was established in 1994 and sustained large growth prior to the Covid Pandemic

The company operates from Congleton Cheshire and the person would work in our offices in Congleton

Responsibilities

The duties would be to mange the practice and the staff to improve performance in the areas of business.

New business and business development would also be the duty of the candidate so a good experience in sales with a financial or legal background or qualification would be essential

the person must be a good presenter and be confident to run training courses for the development of our staff and be confident in presenting our products to our and prospect clients existing and new

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an understanding or qualifiication in Accounting or legal work.Good presentation and sales skills and telephone manner

Experience in the use of Sage products would also be an assett

Good mananagement and people skills

Some experience in the running of websites and CRM systems

Be able to work under heavy pressure

Good problem solver
