Job Opportunity: PR Manager
Location: North West London, NW2
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm + 1-hour lunch break (3 days in the office, 2 working from home)

As part of their ongoing commitment to innovation and development, we are seeking a dynamic PR Manager to join their small, engaged, and forward-thinking team. With ambitious growth plans and a robust programme of marketing campaigns and new product development, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
· Drafting press releases and creative pitches.
· Proactive media relations – handling press enquiries promptly and with attention to detail.
· Monitoring and archiving editorial coverage, keeping relevant teams informed.
· Supporting the PR agency with product orders and coordinating photoshoots.
· Assisting with creative mailers, mass mailouts, and administrative tasks.
· Providing support at exhibitions, events, and data analysis.
· Offering presentation support and monitoring competitor activity.
· Assisting with the sampling programme, handling ad hoc sample requests, and supporting invoice processing.
· Collaborating with the social media team on sample requests, content scheduling, and copywriting.

Requirements:
· Keen interest in the health and wellbeing industry (media and influencer landscape knowledge is preferable).
· Ability to work across different brands, projects, and with various agencies and suppliers.
· Strong organisational skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Creative and quick-thinking with excellent attention to detail.
· Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
· Initiative-driven with clear and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
