Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company with a strong presence across the UK is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their successful team. You will play a vital role in their warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to handle inbound and outbound stock.
• Ensure the proper loading and unloading of goods onto delivery vehicles, securing them for safe transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets and ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, reporting any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards, to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions for operational enhancements.

To be considered for these roles you must have experience in any of the below;

• FLT licence - Reach
• FLT licence - Flexi
• PPT experience
• LLOP experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work 4 on 4 off shifts from 6am to 6pm.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

Pay Rate and Employment Details:

• Pay rate: £10.65 per hour.
• Location: Scunthorpe

Possible shift patterns..

• 2x8 rotating, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm & 8am - 4pm
• 2x8 rotating, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
• Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6am

Temporary to permanent opportunity, with the potential for a long-term position based on performance and business needs.
