Poultry Farm Worker Required

We are looking for a Farm assistant to join our team on a full time permanent basis. must live local and have their own mode of transport.

Key duties and responsibilities as a farm assistant

  • the welfare of the birds will be a priority at all times
  • accurately manage flock records
  • maintain biosecurity on the farm
  • perform all other related duties as assigned

Skills and experience to become our farm assistant

  • previous experience in a poultry environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
  • must be a team player but also have the ability to work alone and use initiative
  • attention to detail
  • safety focused
  • your own transport is essential

In return as our farm assistant you will receive a competitive salary. 37.5 hours a week plus overtime at double pay and crop proformance bonus.
