Job IntroductionAs a Portering Supervisorat Sodexo in North Devon District Hospital, you will be an occasional joke teller and calming friend. You will put patients at ease with a big smile and big heart, getting them where they need to go.   • Supervise and develop your team
  • Managing teams workload, ensuring adequate staffing levels, completing rosters and payroll
  • Ensuring smooth service operation within ward
  • Be a champion of health and safety and use any personal protective equipment provided
What you bring:
  • Good customer service and communication skills 
  • Empathetic towards patients and visitors
  • Previous experience within portering services or similar environment and previous experience managing or supervising a team
  • Respect and support for people’s equality and diversity
