About The Role

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Porsche Pro to join our team at Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex

As a Porsche Pro, you’ll not only uphold Porsche’s premium image, but inspire both your colleagues and our customers. Your in-depth knowledge and genuine enthusiasm will transform casual conversations into fascinating brand insights and ’wow moments’, while your passion for Porsche will help you to turn inquisitive visitors into life-long brand devotees. You will be the first point of contact for customers and an expert for our products and technologies, promoting the benefits and unique selling points of Porsche, accessories and vehicle ownership.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail, a proven ability to absorb facts and information and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with an aptitude for technologies and a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service together with adaptability and a desire to share your learning with both colleagues and customers. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of Porsche.
