Job Description

In this newly created and strategic role you will drive the execution of all digital initiatives within the organisation on a global scale.

Location: Flexible within Europe

Establishing the Data and Digital Office for Brambles and its subsidiaries you will take ownership of.

  • Driving the execution and value capture of our complete digital portfolio, aligning strategy to product development and delivery
  • Ensuring resource optimisation and alignment across all digital initiatives
  • Engaging with stakeholders on change management and communication
  • Identifying partners within the business, ensuring they are engaged and supported effectively through the changes driven by the digital portfolio
  • Establishing the potential value by supporting the portfolio owners, product owners, innovation squads and value capture teams in the delivery of their initiatives
  • Portfolio planning & governance including the management of an initiative intake process
  • Tracking and reporting progress to goals, milestones, outcomes, and targets
  • Providing project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture and benefits realisation
  • Acting as coach for the full team to deliver an agile transformation program

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for further education (such as MBA etc.)
  • Agile certifications and operational experience using agile methodologies and/or working closely with a portfolio of agile projects
  • Experience working on large-scale, global change/transformation programmes, in either a consulting or PMO capacity
  • Experience working within a bi-model delivery environment (i.e. both waterfall and agile methodologies)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with both technical and business stakeholders
