Hours: 40 hours per week (plus out of hours call out on a rota basis) Days: Monday - Friday (plus out of hours call out on a rota basis) Duration: Permanent Duties: Working as part of a maintenance team on both planned maintenance and responsive repairs to domestic void and tenanted properties including: Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths and shower trays, Installation of kitchen sinks, Installation and repair of pipework and sundry items, Installing and repairing watermain supplies, heating pipework and drainage stop taps, Installing and repairing domestic appliances. Vented and Unvented cylinder heads plus, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal, Ceramic tiling in kitchen and bathrooms, plus wet room installations, Adherence to schedules, quality standards and regulations. Experience: Must have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Plumbing qualifications, or at least 5 years experience within the domestic plumbing trade Must have good customer service skills, basic computer literacy and be able to work well on own initiative, as well as part of a team. Must have full driver’s licence an a minimum of 2 years driving experience ( due to insurance purposes). The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS clearance.
