About the Role
We are looking for a plumber with general maintenance skills who will proactively support the Facilities department in all operational aspects of the Bognor Regis resort. This role supports all departments utilising internal and external service providers, planned and un-planned maintenance works covering all venues. This role requires self motivation, excellent communication skills, co-ordination and control to deliver prompt, efficient and high quality service on time and cost awareness. You will spend time working in our entertainment venues and general areas around the resort predominantly carrying out repairs and maintenance in a plumbing aspect, but will carry out other remedial works with general skills also.
Typical working hours: 8.30am - 5pm or 1.30pm - 10pm. 5 days over 7 including weekends, covering 40 hours a week. This is a permanent role, paid fortnightly.
About You
You should have experience working background in a maintenance and / or construction environment with plumbing skills essential, along with general knowledge of maintenance tasks is desirable. You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and always act in the best interest of our guests as well as be able to work as part of a team but also work on own when required. You should hold a positive approach to problem solving and be
able to work and interact in a guest focused environment
