Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire

Duration: Ongoing Contract (3+ months) or Temporary to Permanent

Shifts: Days or Nights

We are currently recruiting for a number of Platers for positions based in North Yorkshire. Our client are one of the largest and most successful steelwork contractors in the UK, they have recently won a large amount of work so are looking to extend their workforce.

The successful applicants will need to have relevant plating experience. You will be responsible for achieving high quality standards in a safe manner within the production time scales.
  • Up to £80 weekly accommodation allowance.
  • Our client are also willing to pay an additional £50 per week bonus dependant on overtime completed that week.
Pay Rates (per Hour)

UMBRELLA

Basic - £18.13

Nights - £22.07

Days Overtime 1 - £25.49 (up to 8 hours)

Days Overtime 2 - £34.15 (over 8 hours)

Nights Overtime 1 - £31.41 (up to 8 hours)

Nights Overtime 2 - £42.04 (over 8 hours)

PAYE

Basic - £14.55

Nights - £17.63

Days Overtime 1 - £20.30 (up to 8 hours)

Days Overtime 2 - £27.60 (over 8 hours)

Nights Overtime 1 - £24.92 (up to 8 hours)

Nights Overtime 2 - £33.22 (over 8 hours)

Plus 25 days holiday + statutory pay

Shifts
  • Day Shifts - Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5:30pm and Friday - 7am to 1pm
  • Night Shifts - Monday to Thursday - 6pm to 6am
