Plasterer - Multi-Trade Operative
Grade 4, £20,092 up to £23,080 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract
Council vehicle provided

An Exciting Opportunity Has Arisen To Recruit a Plasterer, Working As Part Of The In-House Repairs Team, The Successful Applicant Will Within Council Dwellings
  • Carry out Internal plastering works to domestic & commercial properties
  • Carry out external rendering works to walls with a number of finishes
  • Artex works to walls & ceilings
  • Carry out ceramic wall tiling to walls & cills
  • Carry out replacement of quarry tiles to floors
  • Experience of other trade work such as bricklaying / slabbing
Applicants should be suitably qualified in the field to City & Guilds level and should be self-motivated, accurate and capable of communicating with tenants, In-House supervisors & colleagues in a pleasant and responsible manner.

Applicants must be highly motivated to provide quality assurance of all repairs and maintenance works, to ensure the highest quality service for the Councils tenants

Applicants should possess a full driving licence.
