Description of Team / Department
Cumbria concrete production team
Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role
To run the whole site including concrete production
With all regards to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements within the production regulations
To maintain the plant in good clean working order, while work on ongoing improvements across the whole site.
To ensure that all the required documentation is maintained up to date.
To work with the sales department to further expand the companies customer base, and increase the units output volume while offering a high level of service to our customers.
Skills / Experience
Self - motivation,
Organizational skills, with a basic understanding of computer operation, emails etc.
Fit and healthy
Concrete production experience would be useful, but not essential, as training will be given.
The ability to use the telephone to interact with customers, taking orders, ordering materials, and working with other department within the company sales, technical transport etc.
