BWL Legal is a boutique law firm specialising in property and construction matters. BWL Legal is part of the BWL Group, a legal and professional services firm with offices across the country. BWL Legal supports a range of clients providing contentious and non-contentious legal services. Due to continued success and growth, the Commercial Property team is seeking to appoint its first Planning Solicitor. This appointment forms part of the firm’s ongoing strategy to become the law firm of choice for property developers and investors.

The Commercial Property team deals with interesting and complex work on behalf of developers, landowners and private individuals.

The ideal candidate will have in excess of 4 years PQE and we would be particularly interested in solicitors with an established following. The aim of this role is to supplement the fantastic work of the Commercial Property team by establishing a Planning practice. We welcome applicants who come from either private practice or a local authority although candidates with experience in both would be looked upon favourably.
