Liaison and relationship building with relevant Directors, Associate Directors , Heads of Service, Service Development Managers and other key service managers and clinical leaders Locating data and analysing it to produce market intelligence, competitor profiles, clinical service analysis, stakeholder contact lists and Locality / CCG Profiles Supporting the development of TEWVs key plans and strategies Supporting specific Localities and Directorates within TEWV in their production of Business Plans, in line with Planning Framework and Guidance agreed by EMT ensuring that these focus on the priorities agreed by the organisation. Support delivery of performance improvement, where service change is needed to address underperformance this could take the form of supporting the scoping phase of a project, or the development of a project plan; Support Localities and the Trust as a whole in developing business intelligence and identifying areas for improvement and growth by analysing available relevant data (including Trust wide and national benchmarking, GP survey / log information). Facilitating innovation and improvement, including supporting the development and delivery of workshops Promoting the aims, objectives and requirements of the Planning and Performance Directorates key frameworks such as the Planning Framework; Project Management Framework and Tenders Framework Producing reports for EMT / Board that provide assurance on progress against plans, and which highlight issues or decisions that need to be taken; Alerting relevant senior managers to potential programme / project scheduling difficulties and bottlenecks. Acting as a critical friend to challenge existing service plans and practice (in terms of quality, efficiency and effectiveness) and promote positive change; Supporting business development and tenders, including the identification of opportunities, support for the completion of CCG bidding proformas, PQQs and ITT submissions, or assisting others by performing specific functions or providing specific information to the bid).

Providing assurance on implementation of the Trust Business Plan in the relevant area and achievement against the quarterly milestones to inform the Board of Directors regarding progress Developing a positive relationship with the relevant Corporate Performance Team and Communications Team contacts, sharing information and providing a seamless service to the relevant Directors.
