We are Archi-Scape, a forward thinking and dynamic Chartered Architectural Practice based in Cheshire. We are ambitious and have plans to grow considerably over the next few years into a multi-disciplinary studio and we need the best talent possible to join our team.

You would be part of a close-knit team who work extremely hard to innovate and push the boundaries of our proposals.

We are looking for a Junior Planner to work collaboratively with other members of the team to support the practice with a variety of tasks across our growing project spectrum.

Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won’t be considered without the criteria being met.

You will need:

  • A relevant town planning qualification and experience in a town planning team;
  • Competence with the preparation and progression of reports to support major and minor planning applications;
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your work;
  • Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
  • To liaise with other external consultants and clients;
  • To analyse statistical data to form evidence for the development;
  • To conduct research into similar developments;
  • A desire develop your technical knowledge and understanding.

Working hours would be 08.30 to 17.30 with flexible options negotiated on completion of the probationary period.
