We’re recruiting for an experienced Pizza Chef to join us the award-winning Fish Hotel. Our friendly and organised chef team, led by Head Chef Richard Thorpe, require a Pizza Chef to support our delicious lunch menu which features freshly made hand stretched pizzas along with other from-scratch small plates, featuring local, sustainably sourced and luxurious ingredients. Our 2 AA rosette kitchen features top-of-the-range equipment, and with ongoing investment into the department, it really is a excellent work environment.

We offer a great salary of £29,328 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year) plus meals on duty and uniform. Our 600 acre Estate of three award-winning hotels (including Michelin listed, 4 AA Rosette Dormy House and 5 AA Red Star Foxhill Manor) is the perfect place to develop your chef career.
