Pharmacy Manager required for this friendly independent Pharmacy group, situated in amongst pleasant surroundings.

This popular and well run community pharmacy will welcome a new Pharmacist Manager with open arms. All NHS services are extremely well carried out, and the daily workload is more than manageable. Supported by a Second Pharmacist one day a week, a full time ACT and Checking Dispenser along with an experienced remaining dispensing and counter team. You will have a huge opportunity to take this pharmacy on the next phase of its journey.

You could be a seasoned pharmacist, or new to the role - the main thing we are looking for is someone who cares for the community, and is ready to provide a strong service to the patients.

Particular pharmacists of interest would be those with an IP qualification or someone looking to progress into this area. We have a huge desire to further support the communities with a pharmacy first plus service.

Key Duties

  • Full time hours between Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Negotiable)
  • Be willing to work towards and/or undertake delivery of Pharmacy 1st Plus service
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative and delegation skills
  • Ability to support and develop colleagues
  • Confident computer and database skills.
  • Willingness to continue learning and progress

Package and Benefits

  • Newly Qualified - Starting Salary £45,000 + £2000 a year bonus (2022/2023)
  • One Year Plus Qualified - Starting Salary £48,000 + £2000 a year bonus (2022/2023)
  • IP Qualified Pharmacist - Starting Salary £54,000 + £6000 a year bonus (2022/2023) *Subject to undertaking Pharmacy First Plus Service
