3R Consulting are recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for a full time permanent position in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. As a Pharmacy Manager you will lead by example, inspire the team and deliver great service to customers, in fast moving environment, youll know how to have fun too whilst keeping store performance on track. You will bring real commerciality and leadership to the pharmacy, inspiring the team to exceed targets and deliver results. You will dispense items, conduct services, manage stock, operational/GPhC standards whilst being fully supported by the Regional Pharmacy Manager and wider team. You will have experience of working in a community pharmacy, leading a team and have an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and maximising profit through achievement of targets. Ability to coach/manage people and deliver exceptional customer service. You will have a degree in Pharmacy, be a GPhC registered Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager and eligible to work in the UK.
