The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day to day operational requirements of our medical clinic based customers’ accounts, including the processing / picking of orders and providing customer support. In addition to this the candidate will also be required to carry out general office and administrative duties.

Duties include:

· Order processing - from receipt of order through to picking / packing, despatch and delivery

· Dealing directly with customer enquiries

· Liaising with other departments, customers, suppliers and service providers

· Understanding legal compliance measures and ensuring these are met at all times

· Maintenance of electronic records

· Dealing with on site visitors, deliveries, general office and business requirements and queries

· General office duties such as answering the telephone, filing, raising invoices etc.

Personal Requirements:

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Ability to organise and prioritise

· Attention to detail, with a thorough and methodical approach

· Ability to use Microsoft Office packages

· Knowledge of SAGE advantageous

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred although full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This is a full time permanent position based on a 31.5 hour week. Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 12.30pm.

17-20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
