We are seeking highly motivated personal trainers qualified to Level 3 to work within a small, close knit, passionate team who put the customer first to deliver exceptional levels of support and results. As a results focussed training facility, we combine both our commercial Body Culture Gym with high specification equipment, and The Academy which focusses on group based training. Our ethos is to fully commit to understanding each members goals, setting achievable nutrition and training plans to suit their lifestyle through 1 to 1 consultations with passionate and knowledgeable coaches. Our style is to be present, approachable and personable at all times ensuring all members are supported throughout their journey either whilst they are on-site or at home via our online/social media channels.

This position offers flexible rent options to suit your goals as a new to the industry or experienced PT.

You will have access to brand new state-of-the art machines including a wide range of weights and functional fitness equipment alongside a functional fitness area, including boxing and TRX rig with monkey bars and a prowler sled on specialist sled track, all detached from the main gym itself to work closely and effectively with your clients.

At Body Culture we have a business model that offers more to members than other gyms opening up opportunities for you to meet new joiners and encourage them through the consultation process to try personal training with you.

As an additional extra you will be offered free membership to train in the prestigious Body Culture gym and Academy room.

We are a small business and as such you will be expected to be humble and willing enough to take on the day to day tasks associated with a small gym. As a commercial operation, your role will be to engage with potential customers to grow our clientele and also support existing members to retain our current. We love to hear new and innovative ideas of how to build the Body Culture brand and drive new sales.

We provide unprecedented support to all members of the BC family to ensure not only the safety of everyone in the facility but also to help the most unsure of members feel confident in every aspect of their journey to becoming a better physical and mental version of themselves.
