Personal Tax Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Manager to work as part of a friendly and vibrant team at this ranked firm.

You will deal with a complex portfolio of clients, including non-doms, HNWIs, partnerships, and offshore trusts. The role will involve you dealing with compliance review and managing a small team.

You will also gain exposure to advisory work - you may be involved in IHT planning, residence, pre-arrival planning, offshore trusts, and de-enveloping UK residential property. As part of this role, you will have direct access to clients and therefore be responsible for managing the process and keeping them informed of progress and any setbacks.

Another key aspect of the role, as indicated is people management for key staff within the team. This will include taking responsibility for organising any training, ad hoc assistance with technical issues and ensuring the appraisals are undertaken regularly.

There are opportunities to progress to the Senior Manager level within the organisation, and you will be encouraged to take on additional technical work to help you achieve this.
