We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines / HNW Handler to join the team based in the Poole area. This is a full time, permanent post with a salary that’s dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery to Personal and High Net Worth Insurance customers. The main duties include, processing of new business, processing renewals and carrying out mid-term adjustments and responding to general queries. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount.

  • The successful candidate must have;
    • Experience in dealing with Personal Insurance business
    • Excellent administrative skills and background
    • Knowledge of personal lines products and insurance market
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proven track record of retention
    • Passion for customer services and professionalism
    • Excellent communication skills
